Holiday Wishes 2013

Keep Methylation Central

We are not quite at Christmas yet.
I can hardly hold myself still.
I am really excited, and I do not exactly know why.
I am not going to Hawaii or anything…
It’s going to be pretty low key.
Still, last night I was wrapping presents,
singing along with carols, and feeling very into it.

I was through with the lion’s share of shopping by Halloween.
That’s the kick off of the Holidays for me.
We have some major family birthdays starting November 1st,
so with that and Thanksgiving,
it gets pretty celebratory through the end of the year.

But now we are within a week of Christmas.
This is the best time,
the time before it all goes over the dam.

This is the time of anticipation!

Enjoy these wonderful days,
because it will not be long before it is December 26th…
and then, that most dreadful of all days… January 2nd.
The tree and all that stuff you put out has to come down.
It’s the pits.

Happy Holidays to all of you!
Enjoy them NOW!

Clear your mind of all that you may be worried about…
Come to your center and find stillness…
Stay there for a while.
Now, expand that out into your day as far as you can…
Get a head start on this for 2014…
