So, I read the book — what do I do now??

Keep Methylation Central

So you downloaded The Methyl Group e book
and you read it… sort of…

And you are still confused,
even though you thought you understood it.
You don’t get what to do now…

You get that methyl groups are important…
You get that they are necessary for wound healing
and new blood cell formation…

You even get it that they are central to
the regulation of your genetic expression,
like traffic lights are to the flow of traffic,
and that without methyl groups,
you can get trapped in an eternal allergic reaction.
You get why that is bad.

What you don’t get is what to do,
what is the next thing you should do?

Well, that depends on how sick you are.
If your ability to function is really impaired,
you can’t monkey around.
You need the help of a doctor.
This isn’t kitchen medicine.
You need reliable survey genetic testing
so that you have information about all of the genes
in your methyl group producing pathway,
not just MTHFR.

Beyond that, you need reasonable information about
what else might be wrong with you.
Do you have Lyme disease, for example?
Do you have heavy metal toxicity?
What is the state of the organisms in your
gastrointestinal tract?
All of these things are going to impact your health.

Well, you can’t know all of this at once, of course,
let alone correct it all at once.
So where do you start?

You start with the shortcut pathway,
the BHMT pathway.
Go back to the book.
Check it out…
You push that pathway very carefully
with phosphatidyl serine complex.

Still confused???
You are going to need ongoing guidance here.
